Meet the founders
Ilire Gjuka Co-Founder & CEO
Holding a Master’s degree in Marketing and over 12 years of experience in advertising and media, Ilire has worked closely with brands to develop communication strategies, creative concepts, and digital presence across multiple platforms. Through this experience, she recognized that modern brands require more than traditional marketing, they need a thoughtful integration of strategy, visual production, and digital platforms that work together to create real growth.
In addition to her work in marketing and creative production, Ilire is also a certified Diamond Grader, which has given her a deeper understanding of the Fine jewelry industry and its culture of craftsmanship, luxury, and attention to detail. This perspective reflects the philosophy behind Fine, inspired by the values found in Fine things, refinement, precision, and quality.
Besa Shala Co-Founder & Creative Director
As a graphic designer with experience collaborating with a variety of brands, she focuses on developing strong visual identities and refined design systems that allow brands to communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact.
For Besa, Fine represents the idea that creativity should reflect the same values found in Fine things, craftsmanship, elegance, and attention to detail. She believes that thoughtful design has the power to shape how a brand is perceived and remembered.
